Past President Paul Jeffs presented The Paul Harris Fellowship to Frank Vaness
Frank joined our club in 1997 and has served in numerous positions within the club including a 2-year term on the board. As Paul noted, "Frank is always there when needed." In recognition of being a Paul Harris Fellow, Frank received a certificate, lapel pin and medallion. Congratulations, Frank! We are very fortunate to have you as a member of our club.
